As the saying goes, if you can’t surf, wear surfers on your skirt. (More or less.) Oh and it’s even neoprene. We’re well into our warmest season in S.F. so I’m going to wear the heck out of this guy for the next few weeks, while I can. Like my own little wetsuit, sort of.
